Proactive.
Particularly at stressful times or moments of trouble, it can be hard to always act positively. It might be a dilemma or problem that causes distress, and that in itself can mean that it is not always straightforward to choose how to act. Stress can cloud how one assesses life and the choices that are available.
Often individuals in spirit provide insights for loved ones and they can offer advice about what they think, feel or see as ways to go about things. The majority of negative outcomes that can make a scenario worse often come from an inability to go about something in a positive way.
When a scenario appears too hard or emotionally involved, this can cause negative thinking and a lack of openness to what could be achieved. It can be so helpful to take a bit of relief from putting yourself outside of that problem for a while. Do get help from good sources, give time where possible to allow more clear thinking and then go into the scenario with a positive proactive feeling.
There are many options that sometimes are not apparent at that time and other choices can be made clear later on. What matters is to allow for options to become evident, to be aware of help and to understand that those who care are often more ready to be of assistance that is realised.
