Positive Thought.
Challenges in life can sometimes seem so encompassing that a break is needed. A break does not have to be extreme or hard to attain, even a small break from the routine, can mean that a refreshed overview of a situation can be gained.
It can be important not to underestimate the power of an alternative focus or diversion from a dilemma because when a time is traumatic, the need for a perspective at the difficulty from a different angle, can be crucial.
Intervention from people who would like to help in a difficult situation can be helpful, and spirits too can offer their insight. Sometimes when a needed break from problems is recognised, it is at that point a better appreciation of what is possible can be thought about.
It does not always have to be the largest gestures of help that can be the most significant. Even in the smallest of messages there has been evidence of a loving reminder to someone about an interest that they can involve themselves in or an alternative path that might be available to them. These personally meaningful motives can be the motivation for someone to see that they are not alone or have to face a situation by themselves.

On this occasion a gentleman in his eighties would like to say get on and give it a try to his fifty five year old son. This gentleman used to work with his hands, a particular mechanic who knows a lot about cars. Lottery wins are not the way to go, he tells his boy, but hard work and a little get up and go, are. He knows it has been hard for his son to have lost his parents physically but he wants him to make something of the family name and work at it.
