Spirit.
Spirit who come through and link with a loved one may be at a time when they are sending them thoughts or if they feel that they may be able to aid them.
Life can mean that we do not have numerous moments to give thought to those passed who were important to us.
Spirit are with their loved ones and the love they give is without question or on any basis.
Spirit often can talk of moments where a loved one has thought of them and this can be that mean for them to refer to their ability to sense what their loved one has been feeling.
It is important to send thought to loved ones in spirit. Their love is not based on what you do for them but it is something that has a loving sense and appreciative link with them.
