In this article I have outlined a few words which are connected with a larger subject of happiness.

Happiness is so integral in people’s lives and significant spiritually because it can assist with those important concepts of fulfilment and wellbeing.

Endorphins are a type of neurotransmitter or also known as a chemical messenger. They can help to relieve pain, anxiety and stress. Endorphins are only one of many neurotransmitters that can be released when you exercise. Physical activity stimulates the release of dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin.

Oxytocin is a hormone secreted by the posterior lobe situated in the pituitary gland. It is sometimes known associated to the actions of a cuddle or to love, because this hormone is released when people snuggle up or if they positively bond together in a social instance of intensity.

Promotion of specific natural chemicals in the body, can help to influence health and wellbeing. It can be useful to try to eat foods rich in Tyrosine. In order to make dopamine, your body needs tyrosine and it can be found in almonds, bananas, beans, chicken, avocados, eggs or even in fish.

Other ways to improve health, happiness and enhance on the work that certain chemicals in the body do, is to exercise regularly, learn to relax through meditation, get a massage, listen to calming music, get enough good sleep and look at trusted supplements for additional support.

Understanding what can enhance our sense of wellness can vary according to what works best individually for lifestyle or health purposes, but it can universally be a starting point for furthering proactive behaviours in life and ultimately make our lives much more positive and fulfilled.

On this occasion, a young gentleman in his early teens has spoken of his time spent in life as a carer for his own mother. He liked watching films and helping to plant flowers. His caring for a parent took up a lot of his time but he felt that in all that he achieved through this, many positive lessons were also learnt by him. Patience was a quality that caring helped him to master. Despite an accident on the road having taken him from life, his thoughts remain foremost in helping and being able to make people smile. A gentleman in his eighties would like to say keep strong to his granddaughter, who has two children of her own. Royalty and medals were a focus of this gentleman’s life and he always spent a lot of time with his loved granddaughter. You can do it, is his message for this grandchild and he encourages her to take up the new opportunity of a career. Family might not be that close to hand but try to mend rifts and trust again. Loving thoughts he sends to his grandchildren and the message that he is watching over you all.
