When people talk about wellbeing, it usually infers a state that is away from stress and anxiety. Getting to your Zen place can be as much about what you find relaxing, as it can finding that particular method which helps to ease you into that mind frame.
A wellness for the mind and body is imperative. Sleep, diet and even activity can all influence a person’s wellness. If you do not want to lose out on full potential, then getting enough sleep and ideally a good quality sleep can be crucial. In a busy schedule, sleep is not always that easy to obtain and that is why concentrating on a wind down before your sleep time can aid relaxation and quality snoozing.
Did you know that even adjusting your schedule slightly could improve your mental and physical wellbeing? Work is always best preformed when a person has refreshed their own mind and body.
Spiritually, ensuring mental and physical wellness is extremely important. It can be positively enabling, if the subjects of mind and body look out for each other. Allowing focal points of sleep, diet and happiness to take up positions of priority in life.
In the first of these messages, I would like to refer to a young man in his early teens. TV was and is loved by him and he particularly loved to watch sports shows, although he did not so much play in practice. His heart was not as strong as it could be, and he knows that his dad is spending way too much time in garden pursuits, in an attempt to cope with his loss from life. He is sorry that he had to go from life so soon but he has since met up with a large family spirit side. Family members look out for him and his maternal grandfather has had a riot telling him all about his escapades during the War. He would like to say a happy birthday to both his mum and his aunt. He is happy, full of smiles and feels that an idea discussed about a holiday is definitely backed by him.
A lady would like to talk of being a grandmother to one. A grandson who she says hello to and wishes that he would stop being so gloomy, you are in the doldrums apparently and according to her, you need to start up life again. Work on your car, plan what you would want to do next and do it, because nobody got far from sitting down for too long. Lipstick was loved by her in particular. This grandmother knows that her grandson has stuck up for her with the family, only a couple of days ago. It is nobody’s fault, she believes. She stands firm with her grandson and would love for him to go for his ambitions.
