A New Year!
Have you felt the need to break with old habits and think of starting again with something new?
Traditionally many people use this time of year as a new juncture for alterations. It is important to state that if you are happy with a tried and trusted regime, a lifestyle routine that makes and keeps you fulfilled, then there is no forced compulsion for change. Indeed, you are the best judge of yourself and if you feel that something is not broken, do not feel the need to fix it. If however, you think that there is room for improvement in any area of your life, then now could be the optimum time to give something new and fresh a try!
Keep in mind that you should aim for a zest that can be highly achievable for the long term and not just the short future. It is useful to start positive practices that will do good for you or others, but even more beneficial if these new physical or mental steps instigate a consistent state of improvement in your life.
Spirit Readings.

John as a name comes through incredibly strongly, as do the yellow flowers that he would like to give in a honour of his daughter’s anniversary. Thank you he has exclaimed as for the help that was given during his time of ill health and congratulation for the latest, little addition to the family. His back ailment is much better and with a smile on his face, this gentleman refers to having lived in a transport busy city.
The second individual in spirit would like to note a birthday as having only recently been celebrated and talk to her grandchildren. Two of these grandchildren have got together to mark this past birthday and both feel a little lost about their situations at the moment. Please do not worry, this lady is very keen to tell both the grandchildren that many happy times are to come and that in particular a new role in life is imminent for one of you. Positive news is on the way and this lady would remind you of her own success in life at what she has accomplished and how she followed her own dreams.
