I would like to wish you and all of your loved ones a Happy Spring Equinox and a Happy New Year!
The Spring Equinox is nearly upon us. What does this mean? Apart from a specified time whereby new Spring beginnings can flourish, it is a seasonal and cultural symbol for the vibrancy of an awakening of a new cycle and a new year.
Naw Ruz means New Year, it is about looking to the future with renewed hope and strength. It is at this time that there are several International days set aside to represent equality and sustainability.
There is a lot of positivity that can be found in our natural colourful world and it is precisely during the start of this season when the beauty of many surrounding natural environments come to the forefront.
It can be a heart-warming time and focuses on a loving dedication for family, friends and important life aspects. Showing an appreciation for this special time can help to provide new ideals, passions and a sense of happiness for what matters most.
Spiritually, this can be a prime time to remember all that can positively be achieved. It can be a reminder of all those individuals who have shown us love and support, and it can be an opportunity to acknowledge the beauty of renewal and beginning again.
