Chakras Exercise.

The chakras are the energy points which are at located particular points on our body.

Chakra points are important and responsible for the smooth working order of multiple processes and functions throughout the body.

With this in mind, I have decided to put out a small exercise which helps to show how you can clean and put these seven power points into the best possible health state.

For the best result please do in the morning, first thing, at the start of your day.

Sit somewhere where you can relax and close your eyes. With a bright, green light in mind, focus upon this green hue for a few minutes and visually hold this light on each of the specific seven chakra points and do this for several seconds.

Please refer to my previous article for clarification of where each of the Chakras are located. 

Follow this laser of green with a white light surrounding it and thus this will help to cover over and protect each in turn. When you have finished you can open your eyes and resume your activities.

The above exercise does not take long but should be useful in both introducing you to the Chakras of your body and helping you to keep them in a healthy condition.
