Do it wisely.

In terms of life’s day to day strains and pressures, there can be a lot to keep in mind and especially in today’s society, think about and do at the same time. Simultaneous coordination is a requirement of the everyday and less and less, a rarity for those particularly busy occasions.

Keeping everything in check is a given for most people, as their obligations mount up, but doing it wisely can be that difference between indifference and happiness. It is all too easy to lose yourself, your sense of proportion and even your own sense of self, in amongst all the important and often taxing tasks.

Spirits quite often talk about the wisdom of their age, a particular experience or people who have helped to shape their idea of wise in their minds’ eye. One of the most insightful explanations of wisdom for me, came from a person in spirit, who had felt they had lost sight of what had been truly significant for him because he had always been hotly in pursuit of the next bigger or better opportunity. Wisdom can come in many forms and sometimes it is most pertinent when it enhances an overlooked treasure that one already has in their life. A wisdom that guides an appreciation of how one can achieve both happiness and success, can be personal and unique to that person but all the same, it is a concept that deserves thought and an attempt at putting into practical practice.
