When you are feeling ill, sometimes the last thing you might want to feel is, positive. Illness can affect our sense of mental health and our physical attitude towards wanting to attempt anything. If other people are caring for us then one might worry for them and this anxiousness can influence our feelings, it can induce depression.
Closing out all sense of positivity is not the most useful approach to take. Definitely ask for help because many spirits have referred to the need to be asked before they can intervene.
Attempt to visualise yourself as feeling better and do ask for help. Do try to find the positivity in laughter, the energy to think about the happy times ahead. Even the smallest attempt on one part can set about a great difference in how a situation is felt by the whole and everybody can benefit from this approach.
