Fears can be very consuming, and having a fearful demeanour can even be detrimental to one’s mental health. What do I mean by this? If you start with a fear, it might be absolutely true to you and for sure in your mind, but the only purpose it will definitely achieve is influence your choices and behaviour in a negative way.
It is easier said than done but if you put your mind to it, then talking about or trying to relax your fears can be a good approach to take. Caution is good but used excessively and one might avoid opportunities altogether.
Multiple times loved ones in spirit have recommended that family members or friends be encouraged in going forward with specific ideas or not to let self-doubt take hold. These are of course particular examples but the lesson does seem to be that living a life with fear at the helm is living only half a life.
