When you are feeling ill the last thing you might want to feel is positive. Illness can affect our sense of attitude. If other people are caring for us then one might worry for them and this can influence our feelings, causing depression or negative outlooks.
It is important to attempt to make a move towards not closing out all sense of positivity. Definitely ask for help because many spirits have referred to the need to be asked before they can assist.
It is easy to say and much harder to actually do but it is one of those issues in life that can be an example of how effective it can be. Do try to find the laughter, the hope and do not be afraid to ask for help because even the smallest attempt on one part can set about a great difference in how a situation is felt by everybody.
