Spring into Spring!
It is time to note the first day of Spring which is on the day of the astronomical Spring Vernal Equinox. It is observed as the beginning of the New Year. It can be called Nowruz, which means “New Day” in a lot of languages. It marks tradition, custom and means that there is an appreciation of re-growth and regeneration. Many people come together to rejoice at this time. It is a celebrated event in such Countries as Azerbaijan, Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, notable by Kurdish communities in Turkey and Iraq and elsewhere.
It is an important spiritual time and one that sees many preparing for the newness of a season of beginnings. I would like to extend my love and light to all who read this and hope that you commence Spring with health, happiness and heartfelt wishes come true!
