Level One. Too much?

By Michelle Lloyd.

It was not always easy to know how best to act,

when someone was poorly it was useful to have tact.

Tact was being wise with the chosen word and use of when to say it too,

or helping make people feel better with what you do.

Learning how to do this was not often done all that easily,

and before you knew it situations could get a little OTT!

OTT meant over the top and doing too much,

it was better to kick that behaviour firmly into touch.

Help when needed and make people feel that you were aware of their needs,

but all in a way that did not stop them from their own ways in life to lead.
