It continues to intrigue me that as a member sitting in a physical séance one is able to form an experiment into spirit presence and in real time visually depict what occurs in front of attendees.
There was a list of activity which occurred in the recent physical séance. This included:
Small orbs
Light phenomena
Temperature fluctuation
Noises from objects held in the séance
Voices of direct speech from claimed spirit person
The minutes at the beginning of the sitting were quiet, there was nothing reported from any of the members, there was nothing odd noted in the room. Five minutes into the process the séance did appear to be able to note noises from all corners of the room, creaking began all around the sitters and this was noted as the room is not one which should have such excessive creaks, sitters started to claim a cooler sense to the room and the temperature had significantly reduced since that of only a few minutes ago at the opening of the séance.
It is interesting to an investigator if several active actions of a physical link can occur at the same time as it can suggest something further is to happen.
In the séance there was a few minutes where members claimed noting visible little lights which were blue and evident as they seemed to be moving in front of one area of the room. After several claims the sighting was investigated and there did for a few seconds seem as if four small blue lights flashed up, appearing to move in that area and then almost as quickly as they had appeared they were not visible any more.
One of the mediums did report a male spirit in the séance. The spirit, she said was of a man who loved to be amongst people and was attempting to physically appear in the séance. This was intriguing to all members. It was put out audibly by one of the members that if spirit of this male was present could he physically do something to evidence himself. There was a few minutes where nothing occurred, it was a lengthy few minutes, and it was nearly eleven minutes before the light for the séance started to flicker. It was slight but noted. The action suggested as a possible link to what had been said, and then a further query was stated as the same member put out the plea for something else to occur. It was then that a number of odd popping noises came from several of the objects which had been placed in the séance. The timing of the noises were only seconds apart. Then there was a distinctive male voice noted from one area in the séance, it did not belong to any member in attendance, it was noted for two minutes and it did appear as if a male voice was attempting to audibly claim something.
The medium was asked if she could help by stating what she could see and it was the spirit she stated who was keen to link himself to the stage, to a life of laughter in front of people and to a life which he lived with a love of friends and relations.
The medium was noted as stating the name of Charlie and it was his love of putting on an act which was written down for further searches. He was a man who loved the idea of a wife to be a mother to his children, it was important, he stated for children to live with a mother behind them and to know that life is about the love you have for the people who are important. You have to live with laughter and to know the sadness in life to be able to say you have not lived half a life. It is the comedy, he claimed, which did serve him best and the comedy which let him live with a voice directed to majors, officers and leaders in suits. After looking into the evidence it is felt that Sir Charles Spencer “Charlie” Chaplin, KBE (16 April 1889 until 25 December 1977) was the spirit who physically provided links in the séance, in life an English actor, comedian, an entertainer and filmmaker who rose to fame in the silent era. As Chaplin became a worldwide icon through his screen persona “the Tramp” people started to become aware of his attention worthy ploys and his films which above all are stated as having a moral conscious to the nation. He is considered one of the most important figures in the history of the film industry. His career spanned more than 75 years, from childhood in the Victorian era until a year before his death at age 88, and it was that his work encompassed both adulation and controversial ideals.
It is of interest that in the séance if you look at what the spirit stated, he linked his comedy to giving him a voice, and Sir Charlie Chaplin is best known for his silent movies so this is somewhat an ironic link for him.
The séance was one which was intriguing for many members due to the large amount of physical activity. There was noises from objects, a voice which was unexplained and visible noted activity as the spirit was depicted. It is interesting Charlie Chaplin’s passing date anniversary is on the 25th December, a date which is only a few weeks from the date when the séance sat.
Sir Charles Chaplin was the iconic actor who led the pubic by the moral thought and motivated through his movies. His acclaim won out and the films he made helped to make history.
