Every physical seance is different but there are important preparations which remain the same. A room is designated for the investigation into a physical seance and this is because it can be separate and closed off during the set and scheduled process. Seating is all positioned so as each member can see one another and fully observe all objects that are placed on a centrally situated table.
Each investigation into a physical seance is held in a closed room. Experienced members and medium gathered together and sat in fully visible positions to each other and all the objects in the room.
The medium closed her eyes and began to talk about who she could depict in the room in terms of individuals in spirit. There were several details that were validated by sitters and then those individuals gave more information to the recipients.
ORBS were noted during this time, and could be observed as small, blue, round unexplained lights that were seen momentarily and were unexplained by any other environment or person based cause from inside or outside of the seance room at that time.
MESSAGES were inclusive of personality information, details about individual preferences and memories. There was a long conversation between individuals in spirits and related sitters. Questions, thoughts and memories were all included within the conversation. During the seance it was useful to be able to observe moments whereby numerous individuals could talk with recipients of messages and remind each other about important moments. Sitters could validate who the spirit speakers were and acknowledge the messages that were given.
The medium referred to someone thought to be a James Augustine Aloysius Joyce (2 February 1882 – 13 January 1941) an Irish novelist, poet and a literary critic. He contributed to the categories modernist avant-garde movement. He is regarded as one of the most influential and important writers of the 20th century. It was Joyce’s novel Ulysses (1922) that is known as a landmark in which the episodes of Homer’s Odyssey are paralleled in a variety of literary styles. This is particularly apparent through the use of stream of consciousness. Other well-known works are the short-story collection called Dubliners (1914), and the novels A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man (1916) and Finnegans Wake (1939). His other writings include three books of poetry, a play, letters and occasional journalism. In the seance the gentleman was keen to talk about persistence. The gentleman spoke and explained that it was not always easy to put down and capture the mass of ideas that could come about, slow down and try to take an individual pace.
SUMMARY of the experiences and events led to discussion about what had occurred. The earlier messages could be specified and talked about at greater length. Members spoke about the Orbs and what had meant the most for them. Personal validations were provided and collectively the seance had an opportunity to discuss their thoughts.
