Every physical seance is different but there are important preparations which remain the same. A room is designated for the investigation into a physical seance and this is because it can be separate and closed off during the set and scheduled process. Seating is all positioned so as each member can see one another and fully observe all objects that are placed on a centrally situated table.
Each investigation into a physical seance is held in a closed room. Experienced members and medium gathered together and sat in fully visible positions to each other and all the objects in the room.
The medium closed her eyes at first and began to refer to individuals in spirit. These individuals depicted in the room then provided information about themselves that could be relayed.
ORBS noted, could be depicted as small, blue, round unexplained lights that were seen momentarily and were unexplained by any other environment or person based cause from inside or outside of the seance room at that time. The blue lights were acknowledged as individuals in spirit spoke to sitters via the medium.
MESSAGES were then given and these were inclusive of personality information, details about individual preferences and memories. At one point several individuals in spirit were all talked about and spoke to sitters. Older and younger relatives, they all joined in and talked to their family members. A light and fun atmosphere did fill the room and was collectively felt by the seance.
The medium talked about someone thought to be Walter Whitman Jr. (May 31, 1819 – March 26, 1892) an American poet, an essayist and a journalist. He is thought of as one of the most influential poets in American literature. Whitman is known for having included transcendentalism and realism in his writings. Widely taught academically, his work can be highly alluded to imagery. Whitman has been called the father of free verse. His work could be controversial and particularly his 1855 poetry collection Leaves of Grass, was described by some as overtly sensual. In the seance this gentleman talked about poetry as a useful way to convey emotion. Length of verse is something that he spoke about as determining story telling and how significant ideas are put across.
SUMMARY of the experiences and events led to discussion about what had occurred. The seance looked back on events and what had been noted in terms of the Orb sightings and the previous messages. Sitters talked about what had been heard, they validated and explained why those moments had been important for them. The messages had information that had been recognised by sitters and was felt as having given reassurance.
