Every physical seance is individual but there are important preparations which remain the same. A room is designated for the investigation into a physical seance and this is because it can be separate and closed off during the set and scheduled process. Seating is all positioned so as each member can see one another and fully observe all objects that are placed on a centrally situated table. These plans mean that objectivity and visibility of anything noted in occurrence can remain high.
Experienced members and medium gathered together and sat in the designated room. The seance was officially opened and the medium closed her eyes. In this session, a voice recorder was used.
NOISE was collectively heard and this was in the form of a crackling sound. The noise was heard from above or within the vicinity of the carefully placed objects.
MESSAGES were subsequently noted and this was a mixture of medium sighted and sensed information inclusive of personality references, details about individual preferences and memories. Spirit speech was also listened to and this came in from spirits addressed to members. Conversational in tone, this evidence of a message was far more light hearted and Q and A based. Sitters who were recipients could put certain questions to individuals in spirits and on several occasions gained responses to them.
The Medium then talked about a female in spirit, someone who is thought to be a Dame Thora Hird, DBE (28 May 1911 – 15 March 2003) an English actress and comedian of stage and screen, writer and presenter. In a career spanning over 70 years, she appeared in more than 100 film and television roles, meaning that she became a household name and a British institution. Comedy was spoken of by her as a lifelong companion and she asked for an anniversary to be thought about. In spirit, a fatherly figure was mentioned as having had a happy reunion with her and she brought into significance a question which had long been asked. She felt that she could now answer that question with a resounding positive reply and that she felt fulfilled in emotional wellbeing and family matters. She gave a lot of love to the gathered seance.
ORBS were seen in the seance and during the set time, small, blue, round unexplained lights were sighted. There were several instances where momentarily lots of these Orbs were picked up on.
SUMMARY of the experiences and events led to discussion about what had occurred. Unexplained by any other environment or person based cause from inside or outside of the seance room at that time, both the noise and the Orbs were collectively felt to be pertinent and relevant evidence. Members agreed on this for a variety of reasons and mainly as both experiences had been collective, as objective as possible and meaningful in the timing of them. The noise and Orbs had both been experienced as individuals in spirit had either been in conversation with members or were in the process of giving messages. It was therefore felt by the members that this was a reasonable association to that of when the collective audible and visible forms of experience had been noted. It is important to note that the messages which had been given in the seance could be validated by the recipients and they relayed that the content had been insightful for them.
