A physical séance is all about the overt activity that might be noted and can not be explained by otherwise practical demonstration or physical theories. An activity that can not be explained will range from any instance, that should not or would normally not, have been a cause of occurrence because of known physical means.
The séance was attended be experienced members and medium. The first half of the investigation was focused on observing the medium, who in trance, passed information and specifics about individuals in spirit to the members. Following this, more in-depth messages were given to particular sitters. The references and links to both the spirit individuals and the messages they gave to the members were accepted and received as relevant.
A busy few minutes became apparent for the investigation. There were several experiences denoted by the members in the séance. One of the members claimed a cool breeze as being felt to brush past them. There were several claims of this nature. A cool breeze did seem evident at that point in the proceedings, it was felt for a short while and with no door or windows open within the séance room, it was difficult to explain the experience. Subsequently orbs were sighted, close by and adjacently positioned to one of the sitters. The sitter at the time had only a few minutes prior received and validated a message from someone in spirit.
Sounds were collectively heard in the séance. A noise was heard, once but distinctly. It came from the objects that had been placed on a central table. The objects themselves should not have made any sounds unless interacted with and touched. Nobody had moved or shifted the objects but a defined sound was heard from them.
The medium talked about a series of comedy related and publicly recognisable figures. There were a few seconds before a specific name of Wisdom and then Wise was given. Information was given as for someone believed to be Ernest Wiseman, OBE (27 November 1925 – 21 March 1999), known by his stage name Ernie Wise, an English comedian. He is perhaps best known as one half of the comedy duo Morecambe and Wise, who became a national institution on British television, especially for the Christmas specials that they worked on and starred in. The gentleman in spirit talked about dedication and the need to express oneself in a multitude of ways. Hiding away was an objective that often yielded nothing but misery, he said and he also mentioned with an intent recall the squirting water flowers. November he spoke of as being important and the medium relayed an image of him as he skipped about and smiled at the séance.
In research after the investigation an anniversary of a birthday could be found as apt for the gentleman speaker in spirit who was noted in the latter part of the séance. It was an anniversary which coincided with the exact day that the séance had occurred.
The séance was full of noted activity and experiences. It was useful to be able to look at the claimed evidence and investigate it further. The noise was one such incident that could be ruled out as caused by any factors from inside or outside the room where the séance was held. The messages, Orbs and coolness that had been a part of the séance could be noted, queried and discussed.
