Home circle.

Here is a summary of our home circle.

Home circle held 31st January 2017.

A séance is an unpredicted and possibly most objective of settings in which to take part.  One is able to sit in a checked room with objects that have been placed in full sight of all members and investigate what, if anything, occurs and why it might have been noted.

The medium talked of a lady, a full form of her was seen standing behind one of the sitters. The spirit was reported to refer to the sitter as a lovely mother and that this was important to her.  Hattie Jacques (born Josephine Edwina Jaques; 7 February 1922 – 6 October 1980) an English comedy actress of stage, radio and screen is the spirit thought to be seen in the séance.  She is best known as a regular of the Carry On films, where she typically played a strict, no-nonsense person.  She was also a prolific television and radio performer, in the seance there was reference to her being a much more gentle, loving person in life than that of her persona on television.

Messages were passed between medium to members as referred to by what was seen, heard and felt from the reported evidence of spirits.  There were several images that were seen in the séance by members, one was of a person and one a partial sighting of someone looking to be walking at the far end of the room.

Smells were referred to by members, distinct scents that were particular to people known of in life and as validated by members who were in the séance.  Each smell was not excessive in length but it was the significance that they had in meaning and message for members that seemed intriguing.

There were several objects that when focused on and activity was then seen to eminate from them in sound form.  These noises were of interest because they were seen at a time when activity was looked out for in the same objects.

It was a unique séance to be involved in.  Investigating what happened in unexplained activity led to noting how objects were used to interact with spirits.  A spirit had a message both for her own life and for that of how she viewed a member in the seance.  The nearness to the memory of her birth date and to the emphasis of the spirit’s message was poignant.
