Level One. Swiming.

By Michelle Lloyd.

Swimming as a word was the opposite of being on dry land,

it meant getting wet and maybe having to use the odd armband.

In learning how to swim in the water new movements could unfold,

and there were many health benefits for both the young and old.

In water there is an opportunity to learn how to float,

and all of a sudden no longer the need to rely only on a boat.

Healthy it was for both the body and the state of the mind,

as being in the water could strengthen the muscles and help stress to unwind.
