In this message a man in his seventies and near to eighty when he passed would like to say that his wife has done well to look at her wellbeing. She has started to go out and this should do her good. He knows that joints have become a problem for her and where they used to live, there was a short way to lovely places for them to amble along. She has started to get out to do short trips and that is something he feels can help her healthwise.
