Stressed.
Sadness, anxiety, worry and stress can all feature in how someone judges and lives through certain aspects of their own life. It can be when we fear something, that it can have a powerful influence over how we feel and act.
Spirits’ links to ideas that are maybe feared can often give an insight about a rarely known experience and this in itself can aid in lessening the power that it has in someone’s life. Many loved ones in spirit do seem to be aware of the fears that people they know this side of life have. It is in messages that they can give evidence of what they have experienced as a way of guiding someone through what they think might be a feared concept.
Spirits have repeatedly voiced their knowledge and input about those they love because it can be a valuable means of providing strength for them. Sometimes love can be felt by the simplest of endearments or modes of affection, but it can also be in these particular times that the evidence of loving someone indicates such useful strength and support.
More often than not spirits have a positive reference of many experiences. This can be useful when referring links to loved ones because spirits have a lot of wisdom in experience to share with those they would like to be there for in life.

Someone who regularly drank would like to say thanks to the friend who has kept up the drives to the festivals and who has set up a commemoration in his honour. It means a lot and he has finally managed to stop the drinking. It is in the resolve, he agrees and it means so much to see family doing what they need to do.
