Meditations and the Motivations.
Meditation as a concept can conjure up many different and varied interpretations. In essence, meditation can be as simple as you want. It is vital to clear the mind and achieve an emotionally calm and stable state.
As a practice, it can implement an individual use technique such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular objective, thought or position based activity. In attempting to do this, relaxation can occur and in turn your mind can start to clear itself of additional thoughts far easier.
Healing the inside of yourself is a vivid way of adopting a more positive outlook on situations which surround you. These do not have to be major conflict issues, even small situations which create stress, can be alleviated. Not only do you draw upon a positive construct through meditation but it can help you prioritise and appreciate your own outlook on life.
It is so important to use calm techniques and get rid of worry, it helps us work, play and live better. Meditation can be an aid in the pursuit of happiness, health and mental replenishment. Use it to gain a better perspective on situations and enhance on how you can go on to achieve in significant areas of life.
A person who loves to do things, especially outside, would be how you could describe this young lady. In her teens, about fifteen, even if she was reading she liked to do it outside. It was a car incident that took her from life but she is better now. Dreams were always important to her, she had books about them and she would talk about them with her mum. Colours are not the same as in those dreams, they are far more precise and it feels as if she is on a holiday. Her little dog has been seeing her and sniffing where she has been and she thanks her mum for looking after him. The sweets she loved, she knows they are not to her mum’s taste but they are a reminder of her and she really would love for some people who like them, to eat them. Love you and visit often, is what she says to her mum, that she feels and is going to do.
