Happiness is vital.
Recognising what can make us positively happy is vital because it allows growth in spirit, body and mind.
It can be far easier to say than do, as so often is in theory than in practice but this is one of those you have to be in it to win it, type of philosophies. If you do aim to find your own kind of positive pursuit that can build on self esteem, ability, potential and even success.
Apart from all the achievements happiness can bring, it can be a good form of distraction and a way to find out more about yourself. Where do your passions lay? Try out a new task or objective and see how you get on with it. It might not feel like it at the start, but over time a new venture can be a means of further motivation or inspiration.
If you can, do attempt to use some time for either finding what can increase your happiness, in maybe skills you already have or would like to improve on. It can be an experience that brings with it, many different types or reward.
