Loved Ones.
Often you will hear the phrase loved ones used on this site. Loved ones for spirits can include family members, friends, sometimes even less well known relatives and acquaintances. What is important to remember is that you may have made an impression on someone and not even known it but in a message that significant reminder of a loved one can come through.
Spirits will make it evident for who a message is meant and this can be through the information that is given. Occasionally several people may be able to take the same piece of information but even in this example, on asking a spirit or spirits for further evidence this can then allude as for who a message is intended.
Loved ones on either side of life can be important in reminding each other of what their love means and how, at times, it can be that needed motivation in life.
