Every physical seance is different but there are important preparations which remain the same. A room is designated for the investigation into a physical seance and this is because it can be separate and closed off during the set and scheduled process. Seating is all positioned so as each member can see one another and fully observe all objects that are placed on a centrally situated table.
Each investigation into a physical seance is held in a closed room. Experienced members and medium gathered together and sat in fully visible positions to each other and all the objects in the room.
The medium closed her eyes and then began to speak about individuals in spirit. The individuals, she referred to, were mentioned because they were claimed as in the seance and wanting to give a message to specific sitters.
ORBS were noted during this time, and could be observed as small, blue, round unexplained lights that were seen momentarily and were unexplained by any other environment or person based cause from inside or outside of the seance room at that time.
MESSAGES were inclusive of personality information about individuals in spirit, details about preferences and memories. Sitters were told about specific events and engaged in dialogue with the individuals in spirit via the medium. The sitters could validate who the spirit speakers were and acknowledge the messages that were given.
The medium referred to someone thought to be Edgar Allan Poe (né Edgar Poe; January 19, 1809 – October 7, 1849) an American writer, poet, editor and literary critic who is best known for his poetry and short stories. He is particularly known for his tales involving themes of a more mysterious nature. He is known for the macabre. He is widely regarded as one of the central figures of relationship based and Gothic fiction in the United States and of early American literature. Poe was one of the country’s first successful practitioners of the short story and is generally considered to be one of the pioneers of the detective fiction genre. In addition, he is credited with contributing significantly to the emergence of the theme of science fiction and he is the first well-known American writer to earn a living exclusively through writing, which resulted in a financially difficult life and career. In the seance he spoke of mystery being a way to unlock many categories. There was a lot to be gained through helping a reader work out their own conclusions.
SUMMARY of the experiences and events led to discussion about what had occurred. Sitters spoke about the references, the individual messages and how they had felt about it. There was time to speak about what had been received in terms of messages and why validations had been given. Collectively, it was good to hear and question details of the seance and what had been accepted as definable messages.
