Every physical seance is different but there are important preparations which remain the same. A room is designated for the investigation into a physical seance and this is because it can be separate and closed off during the set and scheduled process. Seating is all positioned so as each member can see one another and fully observe all objects that are placed on a centrally situated table.

Each investigation into a physical seance is held in a closed room. Experienced members and medium gathered together and sat in fully visible positions to each other and all the objects in the room.

The medium closed her eyes for the duration of the reference giving. These references were in regards to individuals in spirit, how they were associated with sitters and the specific attributes that would verify them to those loved ones.

ORBS were noted during this time, and could be observed as small, blue, round unexplained lights that were seen momentarily and were unexplained by any other environment or person based cause from inside or outside of the seance room at that time. Often Orbs noted came to be seen alongside or nearby to the sitters who had recently been spoken to or who had received a speech from an individual in spirit.

MESSAGES were inclusive of personality information, details about individual preferences and memories. Sitters could validate who the spirit speakers were and acknowledge the messages that were given.

The medium referred to someone thought to be a Robert Lee Frost (March 26, 1874 – January 29, 1963) was an American poet. Perhaps most Known for his realistic depictions of rural life and his command of American colloquial speech, Frost frequently wrote about settings from rural life in New England in the early 20th century, using them to examine complex social and thought provoking themes. In the seance the gentleman was particularly keen to speak about writing and why someone wrote. It could be a way to touch the public and get them to act. Writing could change and help, it was a way to bring the inside to the attention of those who might not have otherwise had those thoughts.

SUMMARY of the experiences and events led to discussion about what had occurred. There was a summary from individuals as to what had been received in terms of messages and then a more collective thought about what had been understood as identifiable. There had been detail on personalities, individual ideas and longer chats between sitter and individual in spirit. These moments had been put through the context of messages and validation processes. Even in speaking about what had happened, the seance collectively felt it allowed for a more enhanced way of taking apart and evaluating the seance.
