Here is a summary of our home circle.
Home circle held 5th September 2017.
A séance is only as objective as the members prepare for it to be. In the recent séance sitters were invited to sit in an area which had been prepared for the séance investigation. In a room a table was laid out with visible objects known to be easy triggers for movement and noises.
The séance began with messages given from spirit individuals to the sitters via the medium. Information was passed on to individuals that could then be validated. There were pops and taps heard from the objects that had been put out on the table. These noises were noticed at the time when many individuals in spirit were referenced. The objects themselves should not have caused any noises and as they were heard in a room where no noise should have been noticed, the sounds were noted as unexplained noises.
Smells, a strong aroma of biscuits could be depicted. This was interesting as the aroma seemed to come on quickly and then after a little while the scent seemed to have disappeared.
The medium referenced a male spirit and a politician, someone believed to be Sir Winston Leonard Spencer-Churchill, KG OM CH TD PC PCc DL FRS RA (30 November 1874 – 24 January 1965) a British politician and statesman who served as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1940 to 1945 and again from 1951 to 1955. In the séance November was mentioned by him as important. As Prime Minister, in life Churchill led Britain to victory over Nazi Germany during World War II. Churchill was an officer in the British Army and a non-academic historian. He was a writer, the fact that won him the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1953 for his overall, lifetime body of work. The spirit talked of November again and a birth date as important, this came in as significant as fact for the next spirit noted in the investigation.
It is thought that because of what was referred to the next lady in spirit noted is Mary Soames, Baroness Soames, LG, DBE, FRSL (nee Spencer-Churchill; 15 September 1922 – 31 May 2014) the youngest of the five children of Winston Churchill and his wife, Clementine. She was the wife of Christopher Soames. The name of Mary came through with her and a sense of love that she talked about for being active in life.
November as kept being indicated by spirit was important again as another female in spirit was seen. In spirit the appearance of Victoria Helen McCrae Duncan (25 November 1897 – 6 December 1956) a Scottish medium herself was noted by the medium. Not only did again the month of November become important as life information for the spirit but this lady had an association with that of the first spirit who was seen and that was Sir Winston Churchill. The female spirit was encouraging about the séance and spoke of her approval.
It was an interesting evidence based séance that led to a lot of information from people with a November focus. Each spirit had a few moments of speech and dialogue with the séance and from an investigation aspect this was an opportunity for further questions and thought about what was being noted. Messages from loved ones in spirit, people known to members, was intriguing because it allowed for members to remember occasions from the past. The unexplained activity was investigated but no cause as for why the scents were notable at those times could be found inside or outside of the room. A séance that seemed to have meaning for members was the basis for an intriguing set of questions into what happened.
