Home circle.

Here is a summary of our home circle.

Home circle held 23rd August 2016.

A séance is an interesting basis for an investigation into physical unexplained activity.  As the room itself, surroundings and sitters can be objectively watched the séance can be a good platform from which to make notes on any occurrences.  There is discussion, exploration and a full analysis of the séance and if activity can not be explained then it is incorporated into a summary of findings.

The séance was quiet at first and for minutes into proceedings there was concentration on trance.  The medium was able to link to several messages for members from spirits of individuals who were known to them in life.  The messages were noted because they were validated and at the time of the links being passed on there were several forms of unexplained activity.  Smells were noted as distinct and odd in the sudden appearance and disappearance of them.  Orbs were seen and these were unexplained lights that were noticed as they appeared in the room.  Noises were heard and these were footstep like noises in and around seats of the sitters.

It was then that the medium mentioned another male spirit.  A prolific author who loved image and wording.  He had links to children’s stories and the imagination.  Information was given as for a gentleman believed to be Roald Dahl (13 September 1916 – 23 November 1990) a British novelist, short story writer, screenwriter, poet and fighter pilot. His books sold over 200 million copies worldwide and amongst them many are children’s fiction.  In the séance the gentleman in spirit talked of works that he had not concluded and a particular example that he was excited about.  In giving a bit of his imagination out to the world he said that a part of him was alive in the minds and hearts of many people.  It is important he said to be patient and to let people know your hidden depths because the mind is something that can be at the heart of much wonder.

Comedic ease and natural timing was linked with the next male spirit.  Sir Norman Joseph Wisdom, OBE (4 February 1915 – 4 October 2010) an English actor, comedian, a singer-songwriter known for a series of comedy appearances is thought to be the spirit in question.  Information and links matched with this gentleman known on both stage and screen.  Kind hearted was a link made to him, as was his love for everything he had done.  He had a lot of love for anniversaries he said in life and it was those important to you that you should appreciate.

A recent film made about work he had done was talked about for the spirit to later be referenced.  Not exactly accurate to how it had been done before the spirit who according to links is noted as Arthur Lowe (22 September 1915 – 15 April 1982) an English actor us known for his part in a war based comedy also made into a feature film not long back.  His career spanned over thirty years, including starring roles in numerous theatre, television productions and in spirit his achievements he felt were in making people laugh.  Outside of his professional image the spirit referenced being quite serious and sometimes taking life too seriously.

A séance of unexplained activity which coincided with links to individual spirits enhanced our interest in the how and why certain parts of the investigation could and should have been experienced.  There seemed to be a shared meaning in how the latter three male spirits spoke of the importance of their emotional response to life and how people in public saw them through literary, stage and screen imagery.
