Home circle.

Here is a summary of our home circle.

Home circle held on 14th July 2015.

It is a physical séance which holds my interest.  In a physical séance one is able to note activity, objective analysis can be formed, explanations can be investigated and intriguing findings can often be noted.

The recent investigation into spirit activity saw myself and the séance meeting in the arena which is designated for séance.  The procedures which have to be applied to preparation were all checked and met.  The séance sat to begin the investigation and the medium took to trance within the first five minutes.

Trance is a state which is exhibited by someone such as a medium when they are in a semi conscious condition but often are able to show signs of paranormal activity.  When in a trance a medium may be able to take on a different appearance, this is known as transfiguration, there may be a physical activity surrounding the voice of the medium as someone else is heard to come through that body or there may be information passed through the medium using these different means.

The medium started to relay information about a man who was in spirit, he was standing in the séance and had an insistent aim to be noted.  He was, she said in appearance that of Charlie Chaplin, he was there because he would like something to be noted.  At first, it was thought that Charlie Chaplin was the person who was to be referred to or noted but after a while of the medium passing through messages from him it became apparent that there was someone else with him in spirit and that was a female.

The lady was someone who linked to Charlie Chaplin with the word of wife.  It was important the spirit Charlie Chaplin said for her to be noted in the blog.  Important anniversary dates were coming up for her, he wished for it to be known that he had good memories as well as the difficult ones and that she was a loyal lady.

Mildred Harris (November 29, 1901 to July 20, 1944) was a leading American film actress and she was someone who was known of well during the early part of 20th century.  She was also the wife of Charlie Chaplin and is thought to be the female who was with him in the séance.  Harris began her career in the film industry as a popular child actress when she was 11 years old, at the age of 15, she was cast as a harem girl in D. W. Griffith’s Intolerance (1916).  Harris appeared as a leading lady through the 1920s but her career slowed with the advent of the “talkies”.  In the séance there was mention of her being a mother, there was a reference to a baby and she was someone who Charlie Chaplin spoke of as young.  Research shows that Mildred was critically praised for No, No Nanette in 1930, had a few bit parts in the early 1940s, and made her last appearance in the posthumously released Having Wonderful Crime of 1945.

Mildred Harris was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming, she was the daughter of Harry Harris, a telegraph operator, and Anna Parsons Foote.  Harris made her first screen appearance at the age of 11 in the 1912 Francis Ford and Thomas H. Ince-directed Western short The Post Telegrapher she followed the film with various juvenile roles, she often appeared opposite child actor Paul Willis.  In the séance there was reference to a girl who was in films, to someone who had a list of works she was involved in.  In 1914, she was hired by The Oz Film Manufacturing Company to act in Button-Bright and The Magic Cloak of Oz in His Majesty, the Scarecrow of Oz and in 1916, at the age of 15, she appeared as a harem girl in Griffith’s epic Intolerance.

Interestingly research has shown that apart from Mildred Harris’s passing anniversary there was also another anniversary link for that of Charlie Chaplin and Harris as they had their little boy Norman Spencer Little Mouse Chaplin in July and sadly it was after three days of life that his passing is also noted on the 10 July 1919.

Chaplin referred to Mildred as his little lady, his protégé and his aims to teach her about acting did leave them at odds in life.  Sometimes there are things which do not do justice to yourself, to who you are and what you think you should be in life and the marriage to Mildred was sadly not a justice Chaplin felt he had been able to fulfil in life.  Sadly he said that his marriage did not represent how he felt about Mildred as a person, she was a spirited individual, she was loving in heart and she was a mother to his child.  They were disharmonious in life but were friends at last in spirit.

The séance saw a lot of activity as physical noises of tapping on the walls were heard, cracking, voices talking where no visible people were, a lady’s voice was heard speaking out at one point even though no one could be seen to be speaking and there was no explanation for how the voice was heard.

It was a little later that the temperature grew icy and the name of Frances was referred to and once again an anniversary passing date.  The medium spoke of a regal lady, elegant and full of bold convictions about how one has to be heart felt in life.

Diana, Princess of Wales (Diana Frances; née Spencer; 1 July 1961 to 31 August 1997), was the first wife of Charles, Prince of Wales, who is the eldest child and heir apparent of Queen Elizabeth II, she is because of the information given and research links thought to be the third spirit who was in the séance.

The spirit spoke through the medium and referred to the number 29 and it was that in 1981 The wedding of Charles, Prince of Wales, and Lady Diana Spencer took place on 29 July 1981 at St Paul’s Cathedral, London, England.  The spirit had introduced herself with a D initial but also kept saying Frances.  Princess Diana was actually born a Frances as she was Lady Diana Frances Spencer.  The name Spencer itself seemed oddly notable as it linked to that of the little boy Charlie Chaplin and M Harris had together Norman Spencer.

The séance saw the female spirit talk of life and how one had to be the person they knew they could be at heart.  People all had a destined future and one could not let life be anything other than what it has to be.  The spirit voice came through well and the medium spoke for a few minutes.  As the words were spoken a lot of little lights were visible in the séance.

The séance was able to note several odd incidents, there was voice activity and members did claim orbs which are small unexplained visible lights.  These moments of activity were noted in and around when spirits were then said to be in the séance.  It was of interest that one of the spirits came into the séance not to talk about himself but of that of his wife who he in life had reportedly not been able to have the best of relationships with, in spirit there were many messages from him and the overriding sentiment that now they were friends in spirit.  It was a séance which has to be said did intrigue and provided a lot of information.
