Level One. Water Ways.

Swimming was not always so easily taken to heart,
it meant getting wet and from certain fears you had to part.
In learning how to swim in the water new ways could start to unfold,
and there were many health benefits for both the young and old.
In water swim forwards, back or learn how to float,
and all of a sudden no longer was the need to rely only on a boat.
Healthy it was for both the body and the state of the mind,
as being in the water could strengthen the muscles and help stress to unwind.
