Level One. Maintaining Happy.

By Michelle Lloyd.

Being a puppy was often about instinct and aim,

trying to achieve what he wanted had felt like a game.

If food was offered, then puppy would oblige and eat,

there was not even any need for a luxurious cushion or seat.

Quickly commands of Walkies could take his little mind elsewhere,

and then in another basic urge he would be ready to share.

Movement could equate to action and all kinds of happiness too,

but this would make puppy overly excited to simply try and do.

Learning, aiming and achieving was all very well in a day,

but keep it in moderation, and puppy learnt properly when to walk, sit or stay.
