Loved ones, they could be many, or a single few,
what matters in life, is what they mean to you.
Throughout the years in history and even to the day,
loved ones are the significant reminders who in our hearts do stay.
Traversing the distances or keeping close to home,
for their wisdom, love and tenderness you will never have to roam.
Look to your hearts for the guidance that only they know how to show,
it will be with their defined sense of fun or humour that you will grow.
Loved ones, be them many, or a single few,
they are the ones who provide insight or courage and help us to remain true.
